Ready to List Your FedEx Routes for Sale?

Step 1 - Complete Agreement

Step 3 - Provide Information to Route Authority

Route Authority will setup a location for you to provide the following information:

  • Completed Information Sheet (known as Appendix A in the Agreement)
  • Current FXG Agreement (all pages)
  • FXG Settlement Sheets (~Last Full Yr/Last 52 Weeks)
  • YTD P&L or Income Statement (if less than 3 months, last full years)
  • YTD Payroll Records by Driver/Employee (if less than 3 months, last full years)
  • Tax Returns in Last 1 to 3 Years
  • FXG 1099s in Last 1 to 3 Years
  • Last PCAT (P&D Only)
  • Last 6-8 Weeks of Weekly Svc Worksheets (P&D Only)
  • At least One Month of Current Vendor Invoices
  • Copies of Leases (Leased Vehicles Only)
  • Vehicle information not captured in the information sheet in Step 2

Step 4 - Approve any Advertisement or Prospectus

Route Authority will develop advertisements and prospectus materials on your FedEx Routes. You will approve these for accuracy before Route Authority uses them.

Step 5 - Be ready to work with Buyers that want to Buy Your Routes!
